Fabiana is an award-winning childcare professional and works as a mentor, coach and trainer for nannies and parents. Her business is the exclusive provider of Dona Mãe training methods in the UK, which are taught alongside her own methods.

Fabiana has worked as a nanny for various families in London since 2009. During this time, she has gained a wealth of experience, knowledge and recognition in childcare, child development and adapting care styles to suit cultural preferences.

She is am a highly motivated, meticulous professional nanny with more than a decade experience working full-time for a small handful of families in London. Fluent in English and Brazilian Portuguese, she is also a fully-trained professional life coach, and occasional professional photographer.

Her natural desire to help people recently led her to start working as a volunteer for Help On Your Doorstep in an Islington community centre. Inspired by volunteering and the children she has been working with, Fabiana recently created an Arts & Crafts YouTube channel to teach families that quality time with the children doesn’t require expensive toys.
